Drunken Noodles (or Pad Kee Mao as it is known in Thailand) is a stir-fried fresh noodle dish with your choice of either chicken or seafood. Other ingredients include: carrots, cabbage, broccoli, lime leaves, chilli, oyster sauce and fried basil leaves. It’s spicier than Pad Thai so do let us know if you would like it milder (or hotter!).
