My food is cooked from scratch, by me. My recipes are authentically Thai, handed down from generation to generation. All my ingredients are hand picked and fresh. Wherever possible I try to buy from local businesses and local importers.
Thai food is one of the healthiest foods you can eat because it’s high in protein and low in carbohydrates (if you go easy on the rice!). It’s well known that many of the fresh herbs and spices used in Thai cooking — such as turmeric, galangal, coriander, lemongrass, and fresh chillies — boost immune systems and help fight disease.
